The American Professional Agency, Inc. has been providing Professional Liability Insurance to Social Workers for over 40 years. Our policy is tailored to meet the needs of Social Workers in their various practice settings. We offer broad coverage on a claims-made policy form. An applicant whose highest degree is a BSW and is independently practicing direct clinical Social Work will not be eligible unless he/she is supervised by a professional with a masters degree or higher in the mental health field.
