Attention Pennsylvania Psychiatrists

As of June 24, 2016, Schedule II-V prescriptions must be reported to the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) system within 72 hours of being dispensed. The Pennsylvania PDMP Portal became ready for query on August 25, 2016. There is a website with information including a guide which can be found at:

Attention Texas Psychiatrists

As of October 9, 2016, an amendment to the Texas Administrative Code concerning on-call services requires covering physicians providing non-emergency care to provide a written report within 72 hours to the physician who requested call coverage.1 More information can be located on:
